It’s time to start planning your garden! We're excited to announce the return of the Seed Library, a collection of seeds for the community to borrow and grow at home. 
 
Visit any library location to choose from a range of vegetable and herb seeds to grow in your garden. Now available while supplies last.

Fix Your Household Items at Repair Café

Why buy something new when you can learn to fix what you already have? Join Living Green Barrie and our team of volunteer 'Fixers' to help you mend and repair common household items on Saturday, April 5 for free! Firebird Community Cycle will also be on site for bike tune-ups and minor repairs. 
 
Registration for fixing appointments is OPEN! Space is limited, and drop-ins will be first-come, first-served. Click the button below to learn more about what types of items are suitable for repairs at the Repair Café.

New Library of Things Items!

We're excited to announce two new items in our Library of Things collection: Adventure Kits and Tablet Kits! These kits are now available at any library location. 
 
Get outside and explore with an Adventure Kit. You can learn how to identify trees, master compass orienteering, or examine nature with a microscope. 
 
Using a Tablet Kit, you can listen to Audiobooks, read eBooks, learn new languages with Transparent Languages, play games and puzzles, and so much more. The possibilities are endless, whether you're tech-savvy or looking to try something new!
