Big Spring Book Sale Happening May 24-26

Our volunteer-led Big Spring Book Sale is back! Join us from Friday, May 24 to Sunday, May 26 at the Downtown Library to pick up some new-to-you reads.

 

Are your book shelves overflowing? From May 21-23, we are welcoming donations of gently used books, magazines, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, and video games at the Downtown Library Café for the sale.

National AccessAbility Week at the Library

National AccessAbility Week is celebrated from May 26 to June 1, 2024. It's a time to recognize the valuable contributions and leadership of persons with disabilities in Canada. As well, we celebrate ongoing efforts to become a more accessible and inclusive Canada. 

 

The Barrie Public Library is committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities with accessible building features and resources.
